The registration fee of the Session Chair will be waived.

The special session proposals should include:
◆  Session tile
◆  Aim and scope(including a list of main topics)
◆  Names of the organizers
◆  Short biography of all organizers
◆  A list of potential contributors (if any)

The proposals will be evaluated based on the following details:
◆  Timeliness
◆  Uniqueness of the topic
◆  Qualifications of the proposers (The proposers are expected to have a PhD degree and have a good publication track record in the proposed area.)

A decision will be sent to the proposers within two weeks. Accepted special sessions will be listed on the website.
