Unpublished and original contributions are encouraged to submit via the MSAM Online Submission System. All submitted full papers will go through the peer review process and acceptance will be based on the quality, originality, language and relevance.

Accepted full papers will get published in following Conference Proceeding or International peer-reviewed journals (indexed by Science Citation Index or Ei Compendex).

•The publication fee of Conference Proceeding is included in the registration fee.
•Each Paper should be strictly no fewer than 5 pages, and preferably no more than 7 pages in length. There will be a charge of $ 50 for each additional page beyond 7 pages.
•Acceptance of full paper will be announced after go through the peer review process (about 2 months).
