Registration Notices
1. Payment must be made in USD. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
2. Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors, and a valid certificate from their departments should be provided.
3. Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact msam@msamconf.org for details).
4. The registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee and paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the attendees.

Cancellation Policy

If the registrant is unable to attend the conference and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, the following refund arrangements apply.

• Cancellations before April 6, 2019 will be refunded fully;
• Cancellations between April 7 and May 12, 2019 will be refunded 50% of fees;
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations on or after May 13, 2019.

Note: All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
