Visa Exemption
According to Ministry of foreign affairs of Ukraine, citizens from the following countries can enter Ukraine without visa application on certain conditions:
Visa not required for a stay up to 90 days within a 180 day period:
Austria, Albania, Andorra, Argentina (within a 365 day period), Belgium, Brazil (for tourism or business), Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, The Holy See, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Republic of Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saint Kitts and Nevis, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, UK, USA
Visa not required for a stay up to 30 days within a 60 day period:
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia
Visa not required:
Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russian Federation, Uzbekistan

For those countries and regions who are not included in the list above, a VISA is required from the local Embassy of Ukraine. The organizing committee of MSAM 2019 will assist attendees with the VISA process by providing the Invitation Letter and other essential documents.
1. The invitation letter will be issued after the successful registration. Once your registration is completed, please contact
msam@msamconf.org to request a personalized letter of invitation. The required information is as follows:

♦ Passport Number
♦ Affiliation Address
♦ Telephone
♦ Email Address
2. Your name must be listed exactly as it appears on your passport. Any differences between the name on your passport and the name on your invitation letter or other documents could lead to a delay and/or denial of your visa.
3. As time will be taken for visa application, attendees are suggested to check with your Foreign Affairs Department and Ukraine consular services in local country to know the list of documents required and the waiting period to obtain visa.

From January 1, 2019, the Ukraine electronic visa is available for citizens of the following 52 countries:
